Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including training jobs started by authorized team members.

2. Your Content and Training Data

You retain ownership of the datasets, prompts, checkpoints, model weights, generated images, and other content you upload or create through the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to run the service, complete training jobs, provide support, and maintain security.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases required to upload and use your training data. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, confidential without authorization, or subject to restrictions you cannot satisfy.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or publicity rights, exploits minors, facilitates violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, malware, spam, or attempts to bypass service security or abuse shared compute resources.

4. Generated Models and Outputs

As between you and Backpropninja, you own the specific trained models and outputs produced from your jobs, subject to third-party rights in the source materials you provided and any applicable law. We do not claim ownership of your custom models solely because they were trained using our infrastructure.

5. Billing and Service Credits

If the service is paid, you agree to pay applicable fees based on usage, reserved resources, or plan terms shown at purchase time. Usage may include GPU time, storage, inference, and data transfer. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after compute or storage resources have been consumed.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. We may delete inactive or terminated accounts and associated content after a reasonable retention period.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific training results, model accuracy, or suitability for regulated or high-risk uses. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted or when otherwise communicated to you. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
