Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Backpropninja collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use our service to train and manage custom AI models.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, organization, authentication identifiers, billing information, and support communications. We also collect service data such as upload metadata, prompts, training configuration, usage logs, model artifacts, generated outputs, device information, IP address, and basic analytics about how the app is used.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, run training and inference jobs, bill for usage, detect abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We use your uploaded content and training data to execute the jobs you request. We do not use private customer training data or custom model artifacts to train shared models for other customers without explicit permission.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information with hosting providers, storage vendors, payment processors, analytics providers, contractors, and other service providers that help us operate the platform. We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business.
4. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information and service data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Training files, outputs, and model artifacts may remain available until you delete them or your account is closed, after which they may persist temporarily in backups or logs for a limited period.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and customer content. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict some processing. You may also be able to manage cookies or analytics preferences through your browser or device settings.
7. International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective language in the app or service materials as appropriate.
